My name is Erika Geszvein, and I’m an English-speaking psychologist, mindfulness teacher, autogenic trainer, and EMDR practitioner in Budapest, Hungary. My primary goal is to help individuals develop their own self-care routines for stress relief. I work with healthy individuals who seek to lead more fulfilling lives, nurture happy relationships, create harmonious families, and achieve a more balanced lifestyle. I assist those who have already tried to solve their challenges independently but are looking for personalized guidance to reach their goals more effectively.

Achieving mental balance requires effort and dedication, it doesn’t happen independently. I utilize short-term, goal-oriented methods, drawing on the principles of positive psychology. My focus is on fostering personal growth and development, helping to uncover hidden strengths and values, rather than assuming something is wrong with us.
