Erika Geszvein

Psychologist, EMDR practitioner, mindfulness teacher, autogenic trainer

I utilize self-help methods because it’s incredibly empowering to have lifelong techniques that we can learn once and rely on whenever we need to manage stress and restore our sense of calm.

If you would like to work with me, please call to arrange an appointment at  +36 20 428 9697 or send an email.

What can you expect when you come to me for psychological counseling?

I am Erika Geszvein, a psychologist, EMDR practitioner, mindfulness teacher and autogenic trainer. During the initial consultations, we’ll get to know each other and start by exploring your core values to help you recognize your inner, personal resources. Alongside our discussions, we use questionnaires and projective tests to uncover the strengths you can rely on. This way, we broaden your perspective to make the potential solutions for your problems more visible. We not only address your issues but also learn various self-help and stress-relief techniques.

I work with a positive psychology approach, which means that from the very first meeting, we focus on building solutions with a personalized progress plan, regularly checking how we are moving toward your goals. Our sessions are 50 minutes long and typically occur once a week on the same day and at the same time, so you can plan your other activities accordingly in advance.
